Getting blueprints when motivating and polishing other peoples cities?

Is there a way to tell beforehand which houses or buildings are hiding blueprints?

The longer answer is to find the building you wish to get blueprints from. Preferably find three or Four players with the same building, say the cathedral of Aachen. Then start by putting in a few fp's to get you going. Keep tabs on your status by entering the town hall and click great buildings. You'll find a list of the buildings you participate in. That way you can easier optimize the blueprints you get
