Question for FIFA Manager 13

Hello, I'm playing career mode on FIFA Manager 13 & my players contracts are about to expire. So when I go extend their contracts, I get this "The board will never allow you to complete a deal like this "

Do you know how I can fix this? I did everything but it's not letting me extend the contract of any players.

In most cases offer them 10% this they will usually accept.
