Do anyone know how you access the editor on Fifa Manager 12 it is not the same as previous versions

Hunt around the games instillation files for the " editor " file, theres a couple of them, but it's in there.
It's called EdManager12.exe. In the main install directory (Program FilesEA SportsFIFA MANAGER 12)
