You can access the Gas Tanker from any ranch by going to the right side of your game, hovering your cursor on the building icon and selecting it from the buildings panel.

Go there and you can complete orders for some Gasoline.
Note: Gas Tanker must first be bought from the Store

Also, you can get up to 10 gas per day by clicking on your friends trophy links.
And up to 5 gas from friends clicking on your trophy links so long as they are 4 hours apart otherwise.
