Firstly you will have to buy a beehive...than plant a clover plant and when it will grow the bees will come out from the beehive and pollinate the flower as well as produce honey...

To get Provence honey you have to buy a Provence Beehive from the store.
Provence beehives only fertilize Lavender, and only produce Provence honey.
Regular beehives only fertilize clover and only produce regular honey.
Super beehives fertilize many types of flowers but only produce regular honey.

you can receive it in a random gift from a friend. to have it when you need it, do the classic quest for it, or buy it for 25 RCGuest answered:
You have to go to the shop and buy a Provence bee hive for 25rc or the tree Provence hive which you can get free by completing the wonderful workshop mission when you click on little Daryl.
