The easiest way to earn Ranchcash is to work and accomplish the goals on the left hand side and then when you complete a level share with friends then you will get ranchcash but before you do it remember you have to do it as fast as you can!

At the top of the screen there is options and one is watch video to earn ranch cash so click that and watch it and when it finishes click collect reward then go out of it and go back in (it does take time) and then watch a video again- normally I just play it and open up another tab and do something else whilst it plays lol!

All those do not work. The only way to earn ranch cash is leveling up or buying it.
