How do I find that soul cube

You get it at Hell when you beat the Guardian.
You don't "find it" you have to play on nightmare mode and you automaticly get it
You should get the soul cube as soon as you defeat the boss in hell.
Otherwise you can start the game with it by playing in Nightmare mode.
