Diablo has become one of those on-line games where the players are not so much concerned with the storyline and character development as they are with having a level 99 paladin that does 999,999,999,999 ect. points of damage, can never be harmed by anything and has various random god-like powers, (most likely to compensate from having insignifacent existances here in the real world), and have thus discovered near infinite ways to hack the original programs to pieces and more or less create their own version of the game. This guy probably created the wand himself. I don't know how it's done, (I have more pressing issues than to spend days and weeks trying to cheat a perfectly good game), but have played online with people who created armor that ressurects them when they die, and a horadrim cube with unlimited carrying capacity. I say leave these "die-hard fans" to their game, as it's all they really have.

It was most likely on open Battle.net where people hack all the time. On open battle.net anything is possible through hacking. I don't know how they hack though. I think some people use hero editor. Try looking for that.
