I don't know the codes, but I know how to get the cars.
When you're racing, you will see an yellow block (brick) on every track. You can see the block in 'How to Play'' - Bonuses. Under the block is written ''???''.
You need 5 blocks for each car.
First you'll unlock the buggy (Expert).
Then the racing car (Expert).
And the limo (Expert).
That's all.
