Do you unlock something if you get all intel, complete all bonus objectives and finish all missions on hard mode?

I think the only thing you get is a long series of gold medals. The scrin campaign should also be unlocked after you complete both NOD and GDI campaigns

Sadly no, besides on the xbox 360 version, hard is a waste of time as it unlocks nothing, but can be a very fun challenge to see how good you are.
Intel gives you some (quite) interesting back stories about many characters in the game.
