How do you make your platoons bigger than 20 soldiers?

Click the flag on the ground, and then drag away from the flag, you will see the circle get bigger, and there will be a number telling you haw many men will be in your platoon
The size of the army that you are allowed to build depends on the amount of males you have in your city. If you have 60 males then you will be able to build a platoon of up to 60 men. And to make a platoon larger then you need to just click and drag the circle bigger making the platoon consist of more men!
