You could find her at new witchood in the halloween town.the boat dealer wife is a witch. But to get there you must defeat the demon at mount olympus to get back vohu manah soul. Then you touch the soul at vohu manah body and he will be revived . He will give you a skull that will unlock the halloween town entrance.from there you could go to new witchood to find the witch.
