It's not really possible to gain levels faster but you could try power leveling which is basically just fighting a lot of monsters until you gain enough levels. You may want more than one person in your group for high level monsters but taking on higher levels gives you more experience points.
Actually you can have jump one level above by helping Haurvstat, the God of healing In two side quest:
1. Helping Dora to have her red shoes back from the witch In the New Witchood.
2. Helping eradicate the plaque by killing three rats and giving two elixir to sick people In Dirkon City.
After that the God Will show herself and gave blessing by add one level format every Person In the team who actived.
