Okay, I have been playing AoM for like 3 years now, and am a pro (apart from taking ages to build up my town) but what really pisses me off in 'Single Player' > 'Random Map' is that when I start, I want to win the game via force, but all my allies keep building Wonders and I have to use God Powers to destroy them. Is there any way you can make them stop building wonders and just fight?! HELP!

I guess, and this possibility is not a fun, quick one, You could go in the create a custom map area. Open up the "Random Maps" files go in and edit the A.I. Data to never build wonders....Rinse and repeat with the rest of them. I'm not sure if saving them as the original will work or not, but it probably will. Hope this kinda helps. There might be a way to just turn that off at the randomize area, but if you've been playing for 3 years, You would've seen it.
I've only played this game once, and that was for like five minuets. Lol There might be a way to turn it off before hand. Or change ai files or something. Hope I helped. (Dude, you can't say you are a pro at something and then ask a question about the game. Lol)
Ust switch it from supremecy to conquest so wonders get no effect
Yes, switch it to Conquest so computers don't really feel the need to build Wonders. If you struggle to kill a Wonder against a computer you may need to drop the difficulty down. Or simply play online. Why are you playing computers anyway?
Open up AoM File on your computer.
(C:Program FilesMicrosoft GamesAge of Mythologyai2)by default.
And make your own AI so the computer is less inclined to build Wonders.
This method I don't recommend as it is �ber hard and complicated and you may ruin your game and have to reinstall it.
Dude really I just set myself up and there are no wonders to start. And with that question I have no answer exept you are not a pro and I am better I don't care about how I win I make it every man for himself or make my own map. And fyi most of these answers above should help but I suggest makeing you're own map and stop all wonder building by setting the list of buildable buildings to that. Hope this helped you.
Such unkind answers. To the OP or anyone googling this problem: you can use a cheat such as WRATH OF THE GODS (hit enter and then type in that) to get the Meteorology god power. Then use it on the wonder of your ally when it's not yet far along (so you have to be quick). It will be completely destroyed. Good luck!
