Need help hiring other drivers

How do you hire other drivers? I have several trucks and I have gone into the hotels to find new drivers to hire and I can't figure out how. The game is not letting me do it. Could someone please help? Thanks

Well, once you get some reputation points established, you can then start to hire drivers, the more points you have the better drivers you can hire.

Btw you should atleast have done 3 deliveries before you can hir any drivers

There is a cheat to add drivers. I added 3 drivers to mine
