I have found the easiest cheat for mostly all the games I have played on pc.

1. First of all you have to go in your documents where your save game is located for an example. Go to my documents or documents and look for the folder 18 WOS American Long Haul double click that.

2. Next go to the folder that says save and click it.

3. After that there should be a folder that says 1 click that

4. Next you will see a game sii file no before you click that right click it and go to open with.

5. Next click you microsoft word.or word pad

6. You should see a bunch of files like for an example : SiiNunit
Economy : _nameless.0D0E.78F8 {
bank: _nameless.1547.3DD0
player: _nameless.0D1E.82D8
companies: 24
companies[0]: company.volatile.amergine
companies[1]: company.volatile.zabarts_food
companies[2]: company.volatile.gl_chemicals
companies[3]: company.volatile.iwm_waste
companies[4]: company.volatile.eddys_food
companies[5]: company.volatile.homegarden
companies[6]: company.volatile.kraft
companies[7]: company.volatile.fm_mall
companies[8]: company.volatile.trolley_mall
companies[10]: company.volatile.constr
companies[11]: company.volatile.nextar

7. The easiest way is to go to edit than click find, type in money in the search and it will take you to money account. Thats where you can change the numbers from for an example 12000 to 9999999.

8. Once you finish that you can save it and run your game

9. Also type in hire and it will take you to cargos until next hire which will be like 2 or 3 before you can hire.

10. You can chnge that to 0 and go to the next hotel and you can hire someone.

11. You have to do that one every time you start a game because after you hire it will reset it to two or three more cargos you have to deliver until you can hire. Repeat these steps and just go to file and save and thats it. Exit out and start your game you should have 9999999 in your bank account.

Note this will only work if you start a game then save it so you can view the file in your documents

I hope this works out....

Go to any hotel, while carrying cargo. Not all the time but sometimes you will find hire-able drivers.
