Unlock New Game+ Mode
When you complete the game on any difficulty setting the 'New Game+' option at the 'Main' menu will become available. New Game+ mode allows you to start a new playthrough and retain ALL previously obtained upgrades and evolution levels from your previous playthrough.
Unlock Insane Mode
Beat the game on any difficulty setting to unlock Insane mode for your next playthrough.

Dr Gutierrez is standing next to the entrance to the large building in the south-eastern part of the green zone and his location is [960, 1495]. Approach Gutierrez in order to watch the cut-scene and start the fight with him. |

Test the Disc and the Console. First, look for any scratches or anything on the disc, if you can't see any then put the disc away for a moment and pop another one into the console. If this one plays correctly and you aren't having any issues than it is probably your Prototype 2 disc, in which case you can take it into a CD store and have them clean it, or you can buy a new disk. |
