When you see the truck leave wait for about 30sec and then run, there are some guys at the end of the road so watch out.

Once you kill them keep running when you see the next compound head for a house because the helicopter is looking for you.

Wait for about 1 minute and you should hear the helicopter leaving and then it is safe to go.
