Luck effects your chance of getting a critical hit

1. To find the 3rd tower, go through EVERY room, and kill everything in the mines.
2. The only codes I know of are Action Replay codes, so just get a AR card.
3. I don't go online so can't help you there. I've thought about going online though, being you can't get any meseta on rare stuff if you choose to sell. But hey, offline rocks. Whats really fun is once you get to ultimate mode, the rare items seam to increase in existence. Have fun, and I hope I help a little.

I didn't work because the new plus version doesn't have any of the cheats and glitches. I don't know about the AR MAX part

You sould buy it. It is an awesome game, I have almost beaten it on Hard Mode. It is much better than the 3rd came, way better. The "fake in yellow" quest is one of the first ones you can do. I think you can do it after: "Battle Training, Magnitude of Metal, and Claiming a Stake". (all are easy)
