When you have completed the first 100 episodes on either the N++, Ultimate, or Legacy screen you will unlock the 10 expert episodes on that screen.
Expert Legacy Episodes:
Complete the first 100 Legacy episodes.
Expert N++ Episodes:
Complete the first 100 N++ episodes.
Expert Ultimate Episodes:
Complete the first 100 Ultimate episodes.
