Soluna City Museum Quests

Added:

By now, you can enter the Museum on the far side of town (to the right). Inside, you'll see a girl named Val. Talk to her and offer to help her. You'll be able to do three missions (which, in order to complete the fossil, or atleast be able to enter the shops, you'll have to redo...alot...). I recomend going in the order, but that's just me. But before you even start one, hit the weapon rack and pick up the strongest weapon you can use. (If your like me and don't have the Star Captain-thingamawhosits, and not finished with the Dojo, it's prolly the Kama.) Grab it, make SURE your mech is alright, has the right weapons, repaired, ect., then head to the first Temple (Que 'Indiana Jones' music.

Jungel

To start it off, just head to the right. The next scene will be safe, you'll just see a temple over the tree tops. The last one, though, you'll encounter (more than likely) your first Dino-Mech. Just fight it like normal and, after it's defeated, head up, like your trying to go into the temple. You will now be outside your Mech. Head up the stairs (3 different scenes) and enter the room at the top. Now, there will be fists falling out of the celing. Clicking 'Hint' will tell you where and when to run, so be on guard. After the first fist drops, the third will, closely followed by the second. After the second one heads up, run for the spot under the third. Wait a moment, and don't freak when it looks like it's going to fall. The final fist should finally head up and you can head into the next room. Now, you have to avoid giant swinging blocks of stone. It's easier than it looks. Those 3 areas kinda set off? Once the blocks look as back as they can go, head out and duck into the first one and keep doing that until you get to the next room. Your almost done! In the background, you should see what looks like a block of Ice. Infront of you, one of thoes ugly (or cute, depending on your taste) Shadowscythe Piolts. Hopefully, you grabbed a weapon off the Weapon's Rack, or else, you'll be fighting this thing with that flimsy little sword. After the fight, click on the Ice Cube, and pat yourself on the back. Congrats. You beat the Jungle Temple. One down, 2 to go...and don't worry, you'll be coming back to visit...alot...

Desert

Head Right, like the last one, and fight the Mech waiting at the Temple entrence. Once you enter, head left and you'll see a bunch of holes in the floor (don't worry, you can't fall through them). Just keep going because flames shoot up from the ground, going all the way across. Their really easy to avoid, as they start near the middle of the room anyway, but a bad start can have you doing it over. After you make it to the next room, fight the Invaders Piolet and you'll have to 'Touch the hottest flame.' You want the middle one, because touching the others will send a bunch of flaming arrows at you and you'll have to start over at the begining of the temple. The middle will the wall walls close in on you with spike. DO NOT MOVE. This part I cannot stress enough. Stay in that exact spot, because soo, the block above you will start to fall and it'll end up making the other walls stop moving. Ypu've made it through the Desert Temple. Click the button, get your prize and prepare for the Ocean Temple.

Ocean

This one is a bit different from the other two in a few ways. Read what Val has to say and you'll see what the first one is. Yes. You'll be navagating the deep blue in a yellow, duck shaped, Submarine. As if that isn't just fantastic, you also have to avoid a sea of jellyfish of various sizes that will come up from the bottom of the screen. Once they get close enough, they'll change course from stright up, to whatever direction your in. But they only move in a diagnal and once they start moving, they don't change course again. Anyway, after you survive the swarm (hopefully, your good with a mouse) You'll have to fight...A GIANT SQUID THINGY!!!

Kathool Adept

LV 6

HP 150

Energy 100

Okay attacks, he only regens 5 energey per turn, but then again, his attacks don't cost that much... Anyway, chop him up and serve him for dinner! Anyway, after you get rid of his shell and he scurries away, head to the right and you'll be outside a shell that houses the temple you need to enter. Don't worry, as Val says, the air is breathable, so click go and head in. No traps in here, just continue right and you'll soon be facing the Shadowscythe Piolt again. You know the drill, kick his butt and move on. Head right twice more and you'll see a shell with a few tentacles attached. Just as you try to take your hard earned prize...Val rings you up. He's baaaack...

Kathool Adept (no shell)

Lv 6

HP 80

Energy 100

Almost the same, but not quite, but luckly, your at 100%. Just becareful, because he can use an attck that'll spit ink at you and cause you to freeze for a bit. After you beat him (seriously, I hope you do. If you don't, you gotta start ALL OVER. From the Sub, to the first fight with him. Luckly, no Shadowscythe) collect your prize. Temple complete. Now, head back to the Museum and start all over. Your going to know these temples like the back of your hand by the time you complete Triceratops Skeleton.
