After entering prosecuter's villa,kill the first guard with your bat.If you search his dead body,you will find a key.Actually this key unlocks the villa's side door.Now from where you have entered the villa move in the extreme left and walk with the wall till you see the green side door of villa.Go to the door and press action button.The door will open.Move up wards on the stairs until you can't go any further.There will be a door.Open it & now the room with evidence in the safe is now just feet away.
