During gameplay enter ~ (tilde), this should bring up a console, then type in LOGIN developer.
You can now enter any of the following codes...
FLY 0 or 1 - Fly mode on/off
GOD 0 or 1 - Invincibility on/off
NOCLIP 0 or 1 - Turn clipping on/off
UAMMO 0 or 1 - Unlimited ammo on/off
