Infinate XP
Start the "Wang Dang Atomic Tango" quest gotten from James Garret in Freeside. Go to the Old Mormon Fort then tell Beatrix about the job. Use the speech check or this wont work. You can keep doing this and get XP every time.
I got from 13 to about 18 in less than 30 minuites.
