Europa Universalis: Rome Cheats and Tips

During the game hold the Alt key and enter 21 on the number pad for the § character to display the console window. Then type one of the following codes (without the quotes) to activate the corresponding effect.

+3 Stability:

Enter the code 'stability'

First press and hold the Alt. Button. Then press and release the numbers 2 and one on your keypad. This opens the typing box.

Cash = $5,000

Stability = +3 Stability

Event 7000 = Gain 100 Manpower (this is stackable)

Event 7003 = Cav. Troops Morale +15% (this is stackable)

Event 7004 = National Revolt Risk -1.00 (this is stackable)

Event 7007 = Build cost -15% (this is stackable)
