Secret Level. How do you get to the secret level in Shrapnel C..

To reach this secret level you must go to the fountain by the pool in the Hotel Hell level and step through the waterfall and go behind a bush that is there. There you will see a radioactive waste sign similar to the ones that indicate the end of a level except this one is grey and will take you to the secret Freeway level.

Cheat Menu. How do you unlock it?

You can access the 'Cheat' menu at any point during gameplay by pressing Down, X, R3, Right. To select the cheats you need to use the D-pad for directionals (not the stick).
