When you complete the following tasks the corresponding character will become unlocked. These characters can be selected from the 'Character Select' staircase in the lobby.

Aria:

Complete Zone 4 as Melody.

Bolt:

Complete Zone 4 as Monk.

Coda:

Complete ALL Characters mode.

Dorian:

Defeat Dead Ringer as Cadence.

Dove:

Complete Zone 2 with any character.

Eli:

Complete Zone 1 with any character.

Melody:

Complete Zone 4 as Cadence.

Monk:

Complete Zone 3 with any character.
