Cheat Menu
At the 'Main' menu press Left, Right, Up, Down, Left, Right, Up, Down to activate the 'Cheat' menu then during gameplay press any of the following keys on the keyboard to enable the corresponding effect.

Player #1 Gets Unlimited Lives:
Press F5
Jump to Level 98:
Press F6
