(this only works if you've completed "the lake hydra" quest)On your chat bar type /join escherion,but before you do gather a couple friends,if theres no one there(but there's usally a crowd because I've heard he drops a part of the blade of awe.)Keep killing him and get his drops (besides escherions chain & mystic quill,they sell for nothing)they sell from 1,250(common) to 25,00(epic rare).keep doing this for a while and you'll get rich and level up in no time!got my gold to 380913 and got my exp up big time!(level 31 and above should be able to solo him with right class I recomned necromancer encaced with luck in all atributes besides class which should be wizard.)
