If you run into any issues, check that the code hasn't expired and that you've entered it correctly - they're sometimes case-sensitive. It's best to use copy and paste if you can.

Troubleshooting Omniheroes codes

If a code isn't working, it could be due to any of the following reasons.

• The code may have expired: Some codes only last a few days or weeks or are tied to limited events.
• Watch your typing: Codes are sometimes case-sensitive, so copy and paste if you can. Watch out for additional spaces before or after the code.
• You might have already used the code: Omniheroes codes are only good for one use per account. You can't claim the same code multiple times with the same account.
• Region locked: From time to time, codes are only available in a specific region.
• Server error: You may get a server error message when trying a code. If you do, try to redeem the code another time later.

Omniheroes tips

• Build Around a Synergy

Don't just use your five strongest heroes. Check their Synergies first and try to build your team around them. A good Synergy can give your whole team useful bonuses, so sometimes a slightly weaker hero can be worth using if they help activate a better Synergy.

• Match Runes to Your Hero

Try to give each hero Runes that match their faction. Matching Runes activate extra Rune effects, while Runes from another faction only give their basic stats. You also need four Rare or better Runes to activate a hero's Rune counter skill.

• Keep Your Rune Set Strong

When using a Rune set, don't leave one very weak Rune equipped with three much better ones. The quality of the whole set is based on its weakest Rune. Two Runes of the same type give one set bonus, while four give another bonus.

• Choose Runes for the Hero

Different Runes do different jobs. DPS Runes increase Attack, Protection Runes increase Dodge, Survival Runes increase Healing, and Reflect Runes increase Reflect Rate. Pick the Rune type that fits what the hero needs to do.

• Check the Synergy Archive

Before spending lots of resources on a team, check the Synergy Archive. It shows which heroes work together for Synergy bonuses. Synergy bonuses you unlock are recorded permanently, so building different Synergies can help your account even when you change your team.
