You have to throw an object like 3 or 4 times and stop while Herman Mr. Jerk is laughing and joking
Hit him on the back and wait for him to turn around, don't throw anything for a while and it should be done ( if it doesn't and he doesn't turn around repeat until he does and you will get it eventually)
