This is to help all those looking to find a certain mineral, or anything else
that has to do with shiny objects in the wonderful game known as Spectrobes.
I will list all minerals that I have heard of, and if they lack
information it means that I do not have/forgot the information. Don't you
just hate forgetting things?

As of now I have utterly stopped playing Spectrobes. So, You may always come
and ask me questions, but I will not take any more additions/suggestions.

0.93: began guide, and added all information that I had known of.
0.96: Added information on: Pearl, Ruby, Emerald, Saphire, Zircon, Titanium,
Chrome, and Uranium. Also added credit for these items. Made minor changes.
1.01: I think I finally added all the minerals!
1.06: Made multiple changes to the guide requested by some users.
1.064: Made a few minor changes, and added a table of contents.
2.00: I think all the minerals are in, with proper information for all of them.

For sanity's sake, the tabletop mountain is listed as Daichi area 2, while the
rest of Daichi is listed as Daichi, area 1. If it is found in both areas, it
will be listed as Daichi.

Excavation Tools: /
_________________/

Recovery Tool: Repairs minor damage to the mineral or fossil. Only four uses!

Sonic Tool: A method of excavation using the Mic. to pick up sound and
use it to ground away the dirt. even though it cannot damage the item, it
excavates very slowly. Speak into the Mic. with this tool selected and let
it do its work.

Solvent Liquid: A solvent used to dissolve dirt clinging to areas on the
excavated item. I simply apply one coat, wait for it to dry, and add another.
It makes for many "excellents." Be wary though, without an excavation level of
at least 2 you'll end up damaging items. Use it like a drill.

Giga Tool: An interesting tool; it excavates with a laser in one shot. It
provides no experience, and will always fail on fossils. You are also likely
to fail on minerals, but the more you hand-excavate it at the beginning, the
better your chances. Will always excavate a mineral without fail if you have
hand-excavated it before. Just select the Giga Tool, and tap on the screen to
make it work its magic. It almost always fails if you use it on a mineral
you've never excavated before
NOTE: I have recieved multiple E-mails regarding this item. Most say that this
item can excavate fossils after achieving at least 85% completed, but I am not
sure of the accuracy of this statement.

Explosive Tool: Like the Giga Tool, it excavates in one shot, and provides no
experience. Contrary to the Giga Tool, however, it always has a very low
success rate, and can be used on fossils. Unlimited ammo. Used the
same way as the Giga Tool.

Advice:
1. Don't use the L Drill much. You will damage what you are excavating.
2. The Solvent Liquid can be your best friend if you use it correctly.
3. Use the Giga Tool only if you are in a rush. You get no experience.
4. The Explosive tool is the tool that I never use. I think you understand
why.
5. The Sonic Tool really isn't worth it unless you are busy, and in that case
whatever noise you make will contribute to the excavation process.

Other Info: /
___________/

As you may have noticed, a mineral is colored in order to its value. Yellow
minerals raise stats by eight, green ones raise stats by sixteen, red ones
raise stats by either twenty-four or thirty, and purple ones raise stats by
thirty-two or forty. If a mineral is black it lowers the stat by either eight
or sixteen.

The shape of a mineral, excluding the Super Special Minerals, have a shape
corresponding to the stat it affects. Crescents affect HP, pyramids affect
Attack, and rectangular prisms affect Defense. If there are different shapes
composing a mineral, the color will show how drastically and in which way the
stat(s) were affected.

Neither Drills or the Blower are listed in the Excavation Tools section
because you start out with them in the beginning, it would be surprising if
you didn't know what they did!
