Question: What is a pokeball? 
Answer: A ball to catch pokemon with.

Question: How do you use one?
Answer: In battle, Select "items" and then go to Pokeballs. There will be all you pokeballs.
Finally, select one and attack!

Question: Can I use them on trainers?
Answer: with AR you can, but no other ways too. D:

Pokeball 1.
Pokeball Name: Pokeball! 
Power: None
Description: Well, all I can say is that this is a basic pokeball with no powers. 
Still, its very usful.

Pokeball 2.
Pokeball name: Greatball
Power: Slightly more power then a Pokeball.
Description: A ball that catches pokemon slightly better then a pokeball.

Pokeball 3.
Pokeball name: Ultraball
Power: Slightly more power then a greatball.
Description: This has a little bit more power then a great ball and is
great if you dont have a masterball for legendarys.

Pokeball name: Masterball
Power: Always catches ANY pokemon without fail
Description: An AWESOME ball which never fails. Its a keeper, so dont waste it!

Pokeball 5. 
Pokeball name: Cherish Ball
Power: same as masterball
Description: This IS a masterball in paint. If you get a pokemon in this ball
he/she/it is real. The reason nintendo made this ball is so THEY can put it on
event shaymin, and the lady in florama town will believe you because in a 
cherish ball it is non-hacked.

Pokeball Name: Net Ball
Power: Gets an extra 50% chance on catching weak pokemon.
Description: This is to get weak pokemon....lame...dont use it :D

Power: gets an extra 50% chance on catching bug and water types.
Description: Use it on water types or bug types and...you got a pokemon!

Power: Has a great chance on catching water types.

Description: A  quickball...use it at the begging of battle

Power: Use after 50 or more turns for a guarenteed masterball!
Description: This ball...just use it after 50+ turns, OK?

Pokeball name: heal ball
Power: Same as pokeball, but heals the Pokemon if you bothered to hurt it.
Description:...This... pokeball...is....lame.

Pokeball Name: Dark ball
Power: Gets a 50% percent chance of catching a pokemon in the dark or in caves.
Description: The same power as an ultra ball, this is one handy ball.
Use it to catch cave or night pokemon.

Pokeball name: Luxury ball.
Power: When you catch a pokemon in this ball, it will be...friends with you.
Description: use it to be friends with nice and cute pokemon...:)
