Yeah looks like this is a glitchy.. The camera should appear after you bought. And pressing right or left should show it. But for me didnt showed too.. Its so frustating I already tried start a new game and couldnt take the camera in this save too :/ |

You get the engine roof capsule somewhere in the stunt park. It looks similar to a robot with red eyeballs. |

The Special Card is located in the rat cage, as you are being lifted upwards instead of going through the clear tubes, stand ontop of the blue container, jump and then smash it by pressing triangle. |
