Yes it can be a bit on the fast side, but basically you need to remember that you are using a magnetic grapple, which is technically a mechanical device, and thus it only attaches to specific types of objects. As far as aiming goes, Lara is supposed to automatically aim at the nearest legitimate target for the grapple - but when multiple targets are present you can use the left stick to influence which target she chooses. U have to pull the box out from the see saw thing on the left S you face the door then drag the twoboxes on the end. Climb up and jump on the end of the see saq to propel them on to the shelf..... Then drag the three boxes on to each pressure switch

Push the crates onto the low end of the seesaw. You have to then climb back up top to jump on the hig end of the seesaw to get the crate up top. Then repeat with the other crate.
