Theres no wrong way to. Just keep working on it until you beat him. But I suggest summoning strong monsters as fast as you can.
i have an awnser.i suggest makking a deck of ritual beats. it how i did it like the masked beat 3200 atk on the first turn and monsters of that nature like shinato king of a higher plane
Is very hard to do it, you need lucky. I do it: the oponent begin and no put monsters, I put a monster(1900atk), equip "united we stand" and atack(2700 damage). Oponent no monsters again and my turn one more monster(1900atk) and atack (1900 3500 = win)

Try using powering up your his monsters then using dimension wall or magic cylinder
