The new March 08 banned list has monster reborn limited, but how do you get it in the game? I know you can because I've seen people use it on wi-fi. What pack does it come in and how do you unlock that pack?

The Monster Reborn is only cntained in the pack all at random. You can get this pack if you have 95% card collection rate.
I got it in world2 from the gravekeeper
