How do you unlock the Lv.5 duelists? I've beaten the Lv.4 ones 5 times and the Lv.5 ones still haven't shown up.

In order to get to level 5 you first need to get level 3 on limited duel and theme duel.
You have to hae unlocked lv 3 in both theme and limited duels.
