Do you have another forbidden card in your deck? These cards will a red circle with a cross through it like No Smoking signs. Unless you are at lv100, you can only have one in your deck. If you want to put your god card in your deck, you'll have to take out any forbidden card you have in there first.

You already have a forbidden card in your deck although having 2 is an advantage the rules are 1
