You get silent magician level 4 as a prize for beating the beginners cup, however, it is stolen. You will have to go find yami yugi. He and joey will agree to help you get the prize back. Keep looking for joey and yami yugi on the map. Eventually, you find out it's bandit keith (duh, who else would steal a prize?)and you find him in a warehouse, where he has defeated joey. He will challenge you to a duel. When you defeat him, he runs away. You have to find yami yugi again, and this time, pegasus will appear and challenge you. After you beat him he and bandit keith will run away, but they accidentily leave the BC card pack behind. It will contain silent magician level 4 and a couple of other cards. To get the EC card pack that contains the silent magician level 8, you must beat the expert cup, and it will be given to you.

It is always your choice but Slifer the sky dragon or the winged dragon of Ra is better than Obelisk and unless traded for something useless like a common spell,trap or monster card don't get him, also slifer with infinite cards is your best bet because unless your tributing blue eyes ultimate dragon and obelisk you wont have to worry about ra having giant attack and defense points and since slifer gains 1000 attack and defense points for every card in your hand and his effect is good for trying to have time to power up attack and defense points any monster with 2000 or less defense points is automatically destroyed and as is without infinite cards slifer can gain up to 6000 attack and defense points without discarding any cards.
