You must compleate the game then look in the second city in morning or the first a night

no ofeense but your dead wrong i found her right after the bc finals in afternoon and at night and yes in 2nd city i beat her three times now i just beat ec finals and gotta find her again so i can get the god card

First she will be in the second town from early afternoon till early evening. The second time she will be in the first town same time

You will find her after wining the beginners cup. You need to go to the 2nd city with the train (it opens when you win the beginners cup)
