Why are my cheat codes not working?

Are there any usa version cheat codes for walk through walls and security can't see you that works on the Drastic Emulator? For some reason the ones I found don't work.

I searched for more and I found the same cheat but new instructions. ( press R and B to activate, L and B to deactivate, hold R to hide.) Please try this one yourselves and notify me if it works for you or not.

My question for this is why it has two codes and two activation buttons. This is the second one I found, the first only had the first part of the code (press R). How do I use it and does it work for you?
