How do I get this achievment. I have won all the belts that you can win with the undertaker in career mode but it will not let me have the achievment how do I get it?

You can't earn acheivements in the DS version.
But anyway, since it's obvious you posted this in the wrong place, i'll answer the question as if you posted it in the 360 section.
You have to win ALL the belts, this includes the WOMENS championship.
