Were do you find the 4th scroll in level 4 on wizards of waverly place?

Go into the dorm room and there will be a wizard. Talk to him and do as he says.
You have to go to the dormitory in WizTech and go to the wizard, he'll ask you to find his hat in the chest, but you'll have to light up all the torches in WizTech, then go back to the dormitory, and you'll see a flying book. Go to it, and play the minigame,after that go to the chest in the dormitory and touch it,you'll fing the hat in there and then you have to give it to the wizard. Then, he'll give you the 4th scroll, and then you have to go to the Forbidden Library and place the last scroll. Ur Welcome!!!
