Question for Wario: Master of Disguise

On chapter two, there is a chest when you jump in a certain spot.I can't figure out how to jump high enough.I've tried making blocks but I can't jump low enough to get on the block.HELP ME PLEASE!

Mudkiprules2 is wrong. You don't get Wicked Wario (that's his name) until Chapter 8 so don't believe a word he says. I don't really remember that chapter but I think you should try looking for other blocks to push under where you are going to make blocks.

Wicked Wario(regular and master)is on level 9(I do not have master but I saw it's chest and I just got it).To get past it is to get on the cart and wait until you are by the Candle lights then jump on it.Once on it jump off of it via(to the)right side of the candles then you should be by the green chest.The chest contains the Genius Guise Gem.
