You must be a level 6 for this to appear in Gretchen's (the hunter) store thing.

I don't know. I'm looking for one two. A horstachio comes around my garden but I need a Ponocky to get it and I'm only level 4 :(

To attain a healthy and beautiful ponocky, you need to buy a horstachio and give it a ripe gooseberry. I had this same problem, a ponocky just wandered into my garden and became resident. If this glitch doesn't happen for you, buy a horstachio and give it a gooseberry.
A ponocky is a pet, so when you become a certain level gretchen will sell it in your store. That gooseberry thing is a lie
