Okay, you take a builder, an expert I think, ( sorry made a priest long time ago)and put him near the stumps of rock on the south-east part of the lagoon. Have him dig out all 3 and take a villager over to it. The villager should bless it and turn the statues golden. Pull the villagers to the golden heads and they will worship it.

Or

Put a villager on the graves and they will worship it. If you do not have a grave upgrade your spirtualy tech. Then place a villager on the upper right corner of the lagoon in the peaceful place.

Or

If some one is grumpy place a villager on the one with a bad mood and they will talk it out.

on the 2nd what level.On the 1st it is a adept and over.

Umm you go on the skill screen and on the dots at the side press spirituality dot and it should become green now even if it's untrained it will become a priest
