You need to make a baby in the jungel and then bring the nursing mother to the lagoon, with the door on the far right.After you have the golden child.

I havent managed to to it but apparantly you put a nursing mother in front of the pond in the lagoon and she will do something that makes a golden child but they will onley do it when they want to
U need to have level 3 of fertility first. Then you can try to make the baby, and then you put the nursing mother in the lagoon
You need to get level three fertility, then drag a nursing mother into the magic lagoon in the top left corner of the island. The baby will become the golden child.
You need to have level three of fertility, the temple, and the idol, which can only be completed with level three of construction. You take a nursing mother and put her into the lagoon and Tamara golden child.
