It's easy, just go up to the turrets, press A, press A to throw them. (All three) Then, scan the bomb to disarm it. Then, head over to the battle area and destroy any enemies you find.
Be careful when you are in combat mode in the factory,though there are more stuff to scan, there are quite many foes to destroy(after you disarm the bomb and threw all the turrents).
