You have to get behind him then attack,

Here's a walkthrough thing for it, you simplified A LOT. Ok, so he's right, you have to get behing him and kick him(Run in his direction, then press the attack button.) 5 times. He'll drop the allspark, then you just have to punch him while holding the allspark. Then you take control of Megatron, and you just keep shooting him while flying, and then circle him and shoot him when you land.
